Biles and the younger of her sisters Adria, who were adopted by Ronald Biles and Nellie Biles the grandparents of Spring Texas (in the Houston region), grew up there. Simone was interested in the sport of gymnastics as a young girl during a day-care field trip to Bannon's Gymnastix and remained there for 11 years, under supervision of coach Aimee Boorman. Biles, who won the gold and bronze medals in the women's Junior Olympic National Championships 2010 on the floor and vault before making her debut in 2011 with the elite section of the competition. In less than two years, she had become the best in her sport. Biles was notable because of her unstoppable performance exuberant attitude and the level of difficulty that she included in each event--vault bar, uneven bars, balance beam and ground exercises.
